  • This is an excellent article on the State Land Office. Every concerned New Mexican should read it!
  • The activities of the State Land Office under Jim Lyons reminds me of the way government worked in the era of "political machines", such as those of Jim Pendergast, "Boss" Creed and Tammany Hall. Mr. Lyons must be proud of himself.
