Every citizen has the right to enforce the Law in Federal Court under General Order 34! This is civil RICO. Just because a person is elected, They don't get to be your boss. The citizen is the boss. The congress people and senate people are only IMUNE on the Senate Floor or Congress Floor. Federal and State Law come into play off the Floor. Any citizen could start a civil action against any elected individual in their state, if they have knowledge of a criminal offense. The law is civil RICO and we all have the right to police all civil servants based on merits. Get off your good intentions, if you know of an injustice, get your friends and neighbors and go to Federal Court, (sometimes state court for lessor offences). BE CITIZENS! Sincerely bigmikecraft
