The Mothers in New Mexico ought to start eating Hemp Seeds and Hemp Oil, for the healing of the nations and one of the best sources of Omega 3's and all of the essential fatty acids that we need.

I completely agree with you Kabirji, i would also recommend NM moms to start looking at their intakes, yeah Hemp seeds and Hemp oil is really good for a breastfeeding mom!

First off, healthy habit specially eating will bring you good milk for your baby. You must avoid smoking and drinking during pregnancy. Eating healthy is the key. It is really up to the mothers. Breast feeding is the most natural way to feed your child.
