LMAO, "When Ed Tinsley learned of the flooding" from Las Campanas in Santa Fe, must not have been at the ranch. Everybody from that area including the area of Capitan where Mr. Tinsley supposedly spends 70% of time knew what was happening. What a crock. People please take note this guy isn't conservative, he isn't from the district, he doesn't really care about southern NM. He is just some rich guy from Santa Fe, working for the National Restaurant Association, who conveniently owns a ranch in the District. He has been sued more times than thinkable for not paying his bills. He is a lackey for a special interest and nothing else. He represents everything bad about the republican party that has abandoned its principles. I am no dem, but Tinsely surely won't get my vote, the carpet bagger.
