The parents are the ones to blame for kids coming to school unprepared. The parents have no parenting skills, maybe no skills of any kind. United States citizens need to encourage education at every level and in each case. I and many others congratulate you on your past and future contributions to the South Valley.  I too someday hope to be in a position to become an educator.  Many members of my family have made careers out of teaching and have touched many thousands of lives.
