It is stupid to say that either of them go to bed worrying about anybody but themselves. Foley article was logically written, I personally can't stand Foley and never voted for him.....but lets call this what it is....income redistribution aka socialism....Its time to toss the remainder of Foley's neocon buddies out in all levels and its time to get rid of the lying cronies in the Dem party to (It is still unbelievable that anybody would think would hire the son-in-law of a US Senate Candidate as the elections director, but lets be honest that is King Bill's doing) Toss all the bums out and put in candidates dedicated to bringing back our Constitutional Republic post haste.

OH and Derek what party do you think gives more time money to charity? Hint: Its not the Dems. I don't like the Republicans either but your "holier than thou" lies are in poor taste.

Re: Tax rebate outrage: Money goes to those who paid no taxes

Republicans go to bed at night worried that somewhere, someone is getting more help than they deserve. Democrats go to bed at night worried that somewhere, someone is getting less help than they need.

The wealthiest few (consisting mainly of those who inherit that wealth) control much of our political discourse through massive spending on distribution of misleading ads (most of which have nothing to do with economics) which coalesce voting blocks of Evangelicals (even though conservatives are about as far from Christ's teachings as you can possibly get), bigots, and those who believe that nothing more than wealth will make them whole and happy.

Even Rush Limbaugh is clever and entertaining once in a while. Foley is the poster boy for boorishness in NM politics, and his volume and pitch shouldn't be mistaken for reason or wisdom.

Re: Tax rebate outrage: Money goes to those who paid no taxes

The answer to this debate is simple, both candidates are worthless and we should not vote for either of them. What I want to see is the outrage of the NM cronyism that is our new Elections director.

Re: Tax rebate outrage: Money goes to those who paid no taxes

Well, then - check out the numbers comparing the 2 candidates tax plans, and tell me which one you prefer and why:
http://www.latimes.com/news/printedition/front/...

Re: Tax rebate outrage: Money goes to those who paid no taxes

owinurame, I appreciate your link but I have to tell you what Obama says and what he has done and will do are 2 different things. You should take the time to read his tax policy as well as look at his voting record in the US Senate and State Senate. I am sure that will have no impact on you what so ever but I believe the best indicatation of future action is past actions!!!!!

Re: Tax rebate outrage: Money goes to those who paid no taxes

Your "outrage" is out of place. The 'constant lying' is coming from distortionists like yourself. Where does your deep-seated fear come from, I wonder?

Read this and calm yourself:

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/08/22/opinion/22kru...
