Thank you for writing this informative article.
Inspecting records under New Mexico's excellent public records act need not cost a penny - the charges are for copies but you can look over all the documents compiled without making copies, if you so choose.

It shouldn't cost anything, that's why their called "public" they BELONG to all of us. Just like my medical records, I already paid for them they are mine!
