Who cares if someone is mentally OK when they can't even afford basic health care? Is the brain the only organ Pete is worried about in his constituents?
But then again, Pete's anti-regulatory fervor is pushing the US into another Depression, and federally sponsored health care for all will suddenly become a no-brainer. Even to Pete.
