"a change in American energy policy" = Let me and my buddies drill for more oil while crude is up over $100 a barrel.
All while Exxon reaps historical record tax free profits in the billions of dollars.
All while a Republican President whips up a $1.4 trillion tax break for the rich and an $789 BILLION deficit for the remaining middle class tax payers.
