"Independent state agency"??? I think that's incorrect.

The full article says:

"Members are appointed by the governor, though Palin only had a role in appointing one of the three current members."

OK, one member was certifiably a Palin patsy. And what governor appointed the other three members? Some previous slimeball Republican Alaska governor.

So this "finding" is completely laughable. It's a political whitewash by Alaska Republicans and here's the punchline:

'“If you think this is being done to favor the governor politically, it certainly would have been much more favorable for her to receive this days before now,” Petumenos said.'

No, her buddies up in Alaska - as well as of course Palin herself - are looking to spruce up her resume for her 2012 chances.

And I sure hope Palin runs for president in 2012. More wasted Republican money down the toilet!!

I'm amazed by the incredible amount of public interest in Sarah Palin. Good or bad, she's become somewhat of a pop icon. People are dressing like her to be and/or mock her all at the same time.
