If I could add a comment, it is that Cathy Robbins (now writing in San Diego) worked for the weekly Albuquerque News in late 1970/early 1980 and her stories on the Albuquerque city budget were the best out there, surpassing the local dailies. She was also Green before her time, climbing up to the 7th floor of City Hall on her morning runs to pick up news releases from the city's PIO.
