Which is it? Does treasurer mean more or less accountability for how the money is spent? What does a "single occurrence" out of 50 mailers mean? More like 10,000 out of 5,000,000 mailed items? I guess if someone kills only 1 out of 50 people they pass by it isn't so bad? Oh, that's too harsh. Maybe, only committing 1 crime a day out of 50 days? No, that's still too harsh. How about, no killings, no crimes and no violations of law? Hey, Mimi only got arrested once for DWI. She doesn't think that is bad either because she takes full responsibility.
