Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission</title><link>http://newmexicoindependent.com/2211/most-judges-get-passing-grade-by-nm-judicial-performance-evaluation-commission#comment-460943076</link><description>&lt;p&gt;Everyone in Valencia County was aware of the problems with Judge Pope.  Many letter were written with complaints against him.  I feel as do many that his past cases should be reviewed.  Some of the sentences he gave out were a disqrace.  One inpaticular was the Gerald Tunnel child abuse case.  He suspended the majority of his sentence on a case that the Police refered to as one of the worse abuse cases they had ever seen.  That man will be back of the streets in two months. I think it is horrifing that he will be out here abusing more children all because of  a druken judge...Somebody need to do something about this.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">654321l</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 09 Mar 2012 17:15:36 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
