They have been under appeal since the vote. Now Neal's 17-armed pyramid scheme of shell companies has come to light, and his main finance source, Bing Kearney has declared bankruptcy of 118 companies. Bing Keraney is also banned from Federal Grants until he pays back the one he toasted while running REnaissance Steel. Neal has changed his approach several times. He has gone from a bunch of hot air about a workers camp (like in the 1920's) to a bunch of hot air about a solar array (just like Deming's, which never materialized because it was a scam by cons http://www.climateark.org/shared/reader/welcome...). Neal's only success was renting the 12 miles of land out to ranchers...until he let the cattle wander onto the nearby airport's runway. Now he's in trouble because he won't build a fence. His websites are phishing sites, and he even touts them as data miners. Why can't government officials in New Mexico do due diligence?
