    Why is it that every one who recites the 2nt amendment and pontificates on how clear it is, only recites the second part? What is clear about "A well regulated milita being necessrary...". While I agree some gun laws go beyond what the framers had in mind, I do not believe the framers had "total access" in mind. Scalia is an idiot who is so endeared with himself, he should be removed from the bench for excessive narcism. It is clear the author of the article can not exhibit critical thinking, and is the love child of Scalia and Ted Nugent. One sided thinking is not thinking, it is self love. (Please excuse the spelling, I am out the door and fell across this article, I had no idea this web sit existed)

    Serving way past ones useful shelf life didn't become readily apparent to you until after YOU got your punk ass arrested. You may not agree with Stevens but Stevens is an honorable and decent man.

    You should be calling for the impeachment of those disgraceful War Criminals in the Executive Branch. As a matter of fact you should be calling for them to be hanged. They have disgraced our Nation and violated international law and all human decency.

    Please let us get our priorities straight before all the chickenhawk righties get their panties in a knot because some mean old Liberal is going to take away all the guns. Jesus, Dan, get a grip.

    Why has Dan "the Mugshot" Foley suddenly started commenting? Wasn't he involuntarily retired by the voters recently? Given his legal troubles is it really any wonder he is so hung up on the court system?

    Perhaps Mugshot Dan should write a column on ethics in office and how Legisaltors should not do business with state agencies whose budgets they approve?

    Don't hold your breath readers, Mugshot Dan won't be writing that one any time soon!

    While I agree with brat's take on the character of Mr. Foley, I must say at least on this he is right. Only brain-dead liberals intent on socialism and removing the tools(see:guns) of the citizens to stand up to a government believe that 2nd doesn't stand for the proposition that all citizens should be allowed to own and keep firearms. The well-regulated militia argument is played out, give it up. The best part is always seeing Scalia slay the left with his intellect and then watch them whine and call names cause they don't have the brain power to assail his logic. Sorry guys, socialism is still out and guns are still in. If you don't like that try passing a law to repeal the 2nd amendment instead, lets see how far you get.
