The New Mexico Independent: Herrera raises concerns about election in Doña Ana County

As a Democrat I am a little concerned about Sec. Herrera. Can't really put my finger on it, other than her badmouthing former Sec. Rebecca Vigil/Jiron.

I'm suspicious of this new curbside voting operation. What voter in their right mind would trust their ballot to someone else? Every other curbside voting operation I've researched provides the individual voter with a way of submitting their ballot themselves at the curb. Something smells fishy about the operation down south.
