Their work is shotty and their supervisors DO NOT know what they are doing.
Eclipes brought experienced workers in from all over the US, with families, now you have over 600 people looking to survive, and eclipes just doesn't care.
Eclipes has dumped on to many people to many ways and they are getting away with it.
The State needs to go in and do an audit of their practices.
