The New Mexico Independent: 10 questions for Sarah Palin

    Wouldn't be great if the media did as good a job "vetting" (as in: digging into the past, turning over every stone and pebble on the political path) unknown candidates like um, Barack Obama for instance - as they did on Vice Presidential candidates and let's say ... plumbers. Wouldn't that great? That way, we'd know much more about Obama, wouldn't we? And some who won't vote for him merely because they know so little about him, could make more intelligent decisions. But for some reason Obama gets a pass when it comes to "serious journalism" (a term fast becoming an oxymoron) ...
    I will be so glad when this election is over - maybe then the media can begin digging itself out of the hole of no credibility and start acting like non-biased reporters again. But I am not holding my breath ...
